About Us
Evolution Carnival was created in 2006 as an extension of Ken de Freitas & Associates. His son, Andre, took over the wheel of the band where his expertise lies with the administrative functions of marketing, advertising and organizing events. He was involved in the promoting of several top entertainers over the past few years.
To be a band leader, he is learning the trade of "making mas" from his father, who has a wealth of experience of designing and creating all of the costumes. His designs are not limited to Caribana, but to the home of Carnival, Trinidad, as well as Boston, New York, Miami and Detroit.
